Warranty

This warranty covers repairs needed to correct defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

1. Twelve (12) months for Kandi Golf Carts, and utility vehicles (UTVs), and electric bikes (EBs).

2. Twelve (12) months for AGM batteries. Thirty-Six (36) months for lithium batteries.

The warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the original owner. For GCs, UTVs, and EBs, the warranty is effective for 12 months. Winches (for models equipped) are covered for 90 days. AGM batteries are covered for 1 year. Lithium batteries are covered for 3 years.

• Units sold through auction.
• Resold or second-hand units.
• Units that are not branded as Kandi or manufactured by Kandi.
  
• Units used in competitive events.
• Units declared a total loss or sold for salvage.
• Units with the Vehicle Identification Number that has been altered or cannot be read.
• Units installed with additional accessories or components not supplied or approved by KANDI attached to the vehicle that alters the original engineering and operating specifications which may result in damage to original components or the performance of the unit.
• Wear and tear components or accidental and environmental damages are not covered.
• Any vehicle that has been sold at auction is ineligible for warranty registration and is excluded from the KANDI AMERICA PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY. Vehicles excluded from warranty coverage include any vehicle purchased directly through an auction website, and any previously auctioned vehicle that is purchased through an authorized KANDI dealer or through an unauthorized KANDI product reseller.
