Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. If an item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, Kandi America will contact the customer within 3 to 5 business days to determine the next course of action.

Subject to availability, custom items require a minimum of 5 additional days for processing and fulfillment.

Shipping Times

Depending on the order and the customer location, there may be multiple shipping options available. The required shipping time for each option is specified during the ordering process.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the initial purchase and any returns or exchanges. This does not apply to returns or exchanges made due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Vehicle Deliveries

Please fully inspect the vehicle and take pictures of any damage before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Kandi America must be notified of any shipping damage within 48 hours by emailing the description and photos of the damage to Support@KandiAmerica.com.
