Return Policy

14-Day Vehicle Return Policy

The vehicle return process for a Kandi golf cart, utility vehicle, go-kart, or bike, must be initiated within 14 days after taking delivery of the vehicle. To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must have a valid proof of purchase and be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. To initiate a return, and for any question related to a return, please contact BuyKandi@KandiAmerica.com. Please note that returned vehicles are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the vehicle. This does not apply to vehicles returned due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

14-Day Parts & Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

New, unused parts and merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact BuyKandi@KandiAmerica.com with the order number, order date, a list of the items being returned, and the reason the item is being returned. After the return or exchange request is received and approved, Kandi America will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. A hard copy of the fully completed and signed RMA form must be included with the return or exchange. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

If Kandi America does not receive the returned or exchanged item within 14 days after the RMA is issued, or the item is returned without a completed and signed hard copy of the RMA form, the return or exchange will be denied, and the sale will be considered final. All sales are final for parts and merchandise listed as sale items.

Please note that Kandi America will not provide a shipping label for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping fees and the shipping fees from the initial purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This does not apply to parts or merchandise returned due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

The following parts are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Electrical parts
  • Fuel pumps
  • Relay assemblies
  • Wire harnesses
  • Electronic control units (ECU)
  • Color coded interior/ exterior parts
  • Starters
  • Regulators/rectifiers
  • Fuel injectors
  • Ignition coils
  • Any solid-state electrical parts
  • Any installed items (bolted on, attached, plugged in or installed in any other way)
  • Owner's manual or service manual

Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery, Missing Items, Shipping/Delivery Errors

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or requires replacement parts, Kandi customer support must be contacted at BuyKandi@KandiAmerica.com to report the error or damage within 48 hours of receiving the order. Damaged parts must be retained so that they may be called back via the shipping carrier for inspection. For the fastest service, please include a detailed description of the issue and attach photos of any damage.

Defective Items

If a vehicle or part is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, please contact Kandi customer support at Support@KandiAmerica.com. Please note, all vehicles and parts are subject to the conditions and warranty periods outlined in the Kandi America warranty policy.

Refund Policy

Kandi America will notify you of the status of the refund once the return is received and inspected. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the return is approved, the restocking fee and the shipping costs for the initial purchase will be automatically deducted from the refund balance. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us at BuyKandi@KandiAmerica.com.
